Connect systems without losing control of the work.
We connect CRM, ERP and accounting platforms, partner services and specialist applications. The scope can include a new interface, a scheduled data transfer or a companion application that completes a handoff between existing tools. The useful connection carries the business meaning of the work, not just its fields.
Connect the work, not just the fields
A CRM customer is not necessarily a finance account. Agree which system owns customers, products, prices and transaction states before mapping the handoff.
An owned handoff
Source system
Retains the intended business operation and its authoritative record.
Supported interface
Maps identifiers and permitted changes using available APIs, events or transfers.
Destination evidence
Shows what was received, processed or left unresolved.
Legacy interfaces may offer only exports or limited operations. Direct database access must respect supported rules and ownership.
Recover the same intended operation
A rejected account mapping needs a reviewed correction. Recover the retained handoff rather than creating a second financial record.
Recover a rejected handoff
Illustrative example. Sample records.
- INV-1042 · rejected
Destination response
Finance has no account mapping for C-018. The source order stays connected to the unresolved operation.
- C-018 ↔ FIN-203
Reviewed correction
The responsible team confirms the destination account. Retain the mapping change and reviewer.
- INV-1042 · recovered
Recovery record
Recover the same operation to destination invoice FI-088. Reconciliation checks that one intended invoice exists.
A lost response requires outcome resolution before retry. A mapping correction does not authorise a second financial record.
Choose the interface around the task
A daily report and live allocation need different freshness and failure tolerance. Choose request-driven APIs, events or scheduled transfers around that requirement and the available interface.
Agree authentication, rate limits, payload validation and how upstream contract changes are detected. The handoff below shows why identity and recovery belong in that design.
Resolve exceptions and prove the result
Receipt and completion
Receipt does not prove completion. Recognise repeated deliveries and resolve lost responses against the intended operation before sending another request.
Ordering may matter even when transport does not guarantee it. Define how cancellations before imports or missing prerequisites are resolved, distinguishing waiting work from permanently invalid records.
The next responsible owner
A missing finance-account mapping requires a reviewed correction; a temporary outage may justify bounded retries. An uncertain destination outcome can require lookup before retry.
Expose operation identity, age, reason, business impact and the next responsible role. Finance recovery views and technical diagnostics can serve different users while referring to the same operation.
Reconcile the result
Compare source and destination identifiers, totals and states using an agreed cut-off and treatment of work in progress. Expected delays differ from missing transactions.
Corrections retain history and authority. Deleting and recreating a destination record may lose relationships or repeat downstream work; recovery belongs in the interface contract.
Leave a connection the team can operate
Handover includes versioned mappings, contracts, connectors, representative duplicate/failure tests, monitoring and recovery instructions. Name owners for credentials, upstream changes and unresolved records.
Recovery tools show the intended operation and retained evidence, with authority for mapping changes and replay. New required fields, account codes or retired interfaces need validation against existing records before reaching the live handoff.
